Working together in Dubbo during COVID-19

NCR Richards Dubbo

Geoff Richards Panel Beating was established in Dubbo in 1974 and since then they have always maintained a focus on family. Todd Richards, his son, joined in 1985 as an Apprentice Spray Painter and is now the business owner with his wife, Tracey.

In 2008 their son Lewis also joined as an apprentice and is now the Head Spray Painter. The business has expanded from its original staff of 3 to 17 over the years, but their focus, to provide a seamless experience for their customer from start to finish, has not shifted.

As we know, being involved in an accident is a difficult and stressful time, which is only exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, having the capability to provide a quotation remotely is not new, however the Richards’ have linked it to their COVID-19 Action Plan to reassure their clients that they will continue to be there for them in their time of need, whilst minimising personal contact during the crisis.

We thought we would bring you this example of the community spirit from Regional NSW.
