Suncorp increases training subsidy

NCR Suncorp HQ

Brett Wallace, Suncorp Group’s Executive Manager, Assessing and Repair Performance, has announced an increase in their training subsidy.

“We value our partnerships with our panel of repairers and recognise the work they do in supporting our customers, which is why we have recently increased our Suncorp Training Subsidy to $1,000 per repairer until 30 June 2020,” said Wallace.

Established over five years ago, the Suncorp Training Subsidy supports their panel of repairers for any training related to the motor vehicle industry. “We’re encouraging our repairers to take advantage of the subsidy increase to help further upskill their employees.”

Additionally, Suncorp has been working with their training partner, I-CAR Australia, who will be offering a discounted training package specifically to take advantage of the subsidy and help their repairers work towards achieving Gold Class status. “We appreciate our repairers’ ongoing commitment to the industry and our customers and hope to provide some relief during this difficult time,” concluded Wallace.

Members of Suncorp’s Panel of Repairers interested in taking advantage of the Suncorp Training Subsidy should contact SuncorpSpiR@Suncorp.com.au or their local manager.
