In a move that accelerates their competence in the Oceania market, sia has announced a full integration into the Bosch business and as such, the sia Abrasives brand and its products in Oceania will become part of Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd – Power Tools.
Since 1980, sia Abrasives operated as a separate legal entity of the Bosch Group in Oceania. This initiative became effective on 1 July 2020. The change delivers a new platform to rapidly expand competence, especially in the automotive refinish trade through four main pillars:
