RPM is hosting a National Business Council for body shop owners who are inspired to boost their bottom lines. The symposium will be held at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, Blue Mountains, New South Wales on 8-11 March 2016.
The symposium will feature international speakers who will provide valuable insights into some of the tools and techniques that are critical in increasing throughput and decreasing cycle times within the collision repair process. The symposium will also address issues important to body shops, including methods to enhance leadership skills and improve communication within the organisation. The primary focus will be on each business’s goals and the strategies, actions and timings needed to achieve these goals.
