With just six weeks to go to the only Melbourne-based collision industry event in 2021, things are really starting to take shape.
Our keynote speaker, Mike Anderson of Collision Advice in the USA, has put together a great presentation covering OEM best practice as it relates to approved repair procedures, particularly in relation to ADAS technology, the growing trend towards manufacturer-owned repair facilities and their impact on independent repairers. In addition, Mike will discuss the latest on the US data sharing legislation, how choice of repairer works in practice and what independent repairers are doing to future-proof their businesses.
Our panels are also starting to take shape, reinforcing that this is an event not to be missed. To ensure lively debate and discussion we are pleased to announce that we have secured some of our Entrepreneurial Women in Automotive and our Movers and Shakers from the AAAA, Fix Auto, Hella, Hyundai, I-CAR and the VACC. Also, look out for further announcements to come in the coming weeks.
Headlined by major sponsor, sia Abrasives of the Bosch group and OEM sponsor, Hyundai Australia, there will be a wealth of information, new products and concepts from all our sponsors throughout the afternoon.
We encourage you to join the conversation with those who are eminently well placed to discuss how we can best navigate the issues we are all currently facing and to take this opportunity to share your own views, connect with our sponsors, our presenters and your peers during the networking lunch.
Finally, against the backdrop of the current Melbourne lockdown, we are optimistic that the event will proceed and we are planning accordingly. However, should we be forced to cancel the event, we will of course provide a full refund of all monies.
