Under this initiative, APG pledges to provide a credit or refund for the price paid by its customers for purchased goods. One key aspect of the Lifetime Warranty is its no-fault basis, assuring customers that they are covered if the goods prove to have defects in material and workmanship.

To make a warranty claim, customers must follow a straightforward process, providing proof of purchase, the reason for the claim, and any evidence of a breach of the express warranty.
