Earlier this month, Steve Fitzpatrick IAG’s EGM Motor Repair Model was presented the renewed I-CAR Gold Class Insurer status from Mark Czvitkovits CEO I-CAR Australia.
IAG was the first and for several years the only Australian Insurer to attain this internationally recognised status.
To attain and maintain Gold Insurer status a minimum of 60 percent of assessors must maintain their individual Platinum Status by completing 10 initial I-CAR training courses followed by a further two courses in the following years. However, over 90 percent of IAG assessors nationally have attained Platinum status.
Over the following two months all of the Queensland and South Australian assessors will be completing the latest courses focusing on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and carbon fibre repairs.
