Fix Auto Australia has celebrated five years of Fix Auto Sunshine, for their dedication to uplifting the business and the industry.
John and Nicole Gebing, a husband-and-wife team, took over Sunny Autos Smash Repairs as second-generation owners in 2017, continuing the legacy their family started in 1966. Their journey has been one of growth, success, and determination.
According to Fix Auto, John and Nicole call joining Fix Auto one of the best business decisions they’ve ever made. Since joining Fix Auto Australia as franchisees, they have received the support and additional resources they needed for their business to thrive.
With the new development, John and Nicole have acknowledged their team who keep everything running smoothly and ‘make Fix Auto Sunshine shine’. They are the faces behind the success of the multi-award-winning team, having received the Fix Auto Australia Brand Ambassador Award in 2022 and the Fix Auto Australia Service Excellence Award in 2024.
John and Nicole have also crafted a great team at Fix Auto Sunshine that includes several pairs of brothers.

Meet the brothers
Fix Auto reported on social media that James, with his engineering background, now enjoys being Fix Auto Sunshine’s talented detailer. Dean, a loving father who cherishes his two children, brings his expertise as Fix Auto Sunshine’s skilled painter. Together, they form a dynamic duo of dedication and hard work.
According to Fix Auto, another set of talented brothers don’t just rock the auto industry, but also rock the stage. Both are bass guitar players in tribute and rock bands. Luke is also a qualified music teacher. Jake is Fix Auto’s painter, and Luke is in his first year as an apprentice panel beater. It noted their passion both in and out of the workshop.
