Fix Auto Australia expands the management team

Fix Network the umbrella entity encompassing both the Fix Auto and Novus Glass brands in Australia has announced the appointment of Scott Croaker into the role of Head of Operations for its Australian business.

Expanding on the details of this latest appointment, Stuart Faid, Vice President for Fix Network in Asia, Australia and New Zealand said: “ Scott brings with him more than 30 years’ experience across a broad range of key roles within the automotive industry and is highly experienced in both business development and operational performance management. Scott’s primary focus will be on reinforcing our customer-centric approach and building on our existing capability in the fields of data analysis, KPI management and our proprietary performance improvement programs. Working across both Fix and Novus brands, these elements continue to differentiate us in the marketplace.”

Having had a decade of automotive retail experience, Croaker then spent a further 22 years with BMW Australia, working across various management and leadership positions including, Training and Development for aftersales, Aftersales Business Consultant, Dealer Business Area Manager, Product Communications Manager, Aftersales Retention and National Aftersales Business Development Manager. His final role with BMW saw him responsible for the development of the BMW Collision Repair network amongst other strategic initiatives for the brand.

Faid added “This exposure to governance, process and control, as well as data and KPI management will prove vital as we strengthen our focus on delivering our value proposition to our franchisees and customers alike”.

Commenting on his appointment, Croaker explained: “Having had most of my career in a large enterprise, I have gained a great deal of experience on the key metrics, processes and strategies that can ensure success.  The opportunity to do this at a more direct level and in a way that makes a tangible difference to individual businesses and customers is very exciting.
