This beautifully presented 1957 Ford Thunderbird is a striking example of Fords iconic personal luxury car. Finished in vibrant high-gloss red with chrome wire wheels and wide whitewall tyres, it perfectly captures the glamour of 1950s motoring. Originally delivered new in California, the car is accompanied by its original sales invoice, adding excellent provenance.
The Thunderbird has covered just 3,000 miles since a high-quality restoration and presents in outstanding cosmetic and mechanical condition. The bodywork is straight, the paintwork deep and lustrous, and the chrome trim including the signature egg-crate grille shines throughout. The convertible soft-top is also in excellent condition.
Inside, the tan interior has been carefully restored, featuring correct upholstery, engine-turned dashboard trim, factory-style gauges, and original-type steering wheel and switchgear, all contributing to an authentic period feel.
