NCR Mirka

Come see MIRKA in action

If you have heard about MIRKA’s growing market share and want to see what all the hype is about, the Collision Repair Expo is the ideal place. Indeed, to help get the message across, the MIRKA stand will feature not one, but two, demonstration stations – one dedicated to the company’s advanced sanding technologies and the other to its cutting-edge polishing products.

The Expo will also see the debut of an all new flagship abrasive range, called IRIDIUM. A breakthrough precision manufacturing process means it not only cuts faster and lasts longer, the abrasive surface also practically repels dust making for efficient extraction from the work surface and clog-free performance. During the regular demonstrations, a whole range of MIRKA abrasives and tools will be in action. In fact, MIRKA’s expanding electric tool range has been taking the market by storm. As well as the popular DEROS (Direct Electric Random Orbital Sander), there will also be the DEOS (Direct Electric Orbital Sander) – the electric tool which has revolutionised the blocking process.

As if that is not enough, you can then move onto the second demonstration station and witness MIRKA’s extensive surface finishing range in action. Here you will find everything needed to save time and drive productivity, such as the next generation AOS-B and AROS-B tools. Cordless, battery operated and powerful, they represent the leading edge of best practice processes by efficiently targeting de-nibs and partnering perfectly with MIRKA’s Polarstar SR range. As well as getting the job done faster, Polarstar SR leaves a finer scratch pattern which is quicker to polish. Speaking of polishing, the MIRKA Polarshine range offers a wide selection of polishing compounds and buff heads that let you tailor the polishing process for speed and finish quality.

As well as demonstrations galore throughout the Expo, take the opportunity to speak to our expert staff on Stand AB38 and they will happily show how taking advantage of a package of MIRKA technologies can have a significant impact on reducing your collision centre’s labour time and repair cycle-time, while increasing profitability.
