Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, in collaboration with body shop flow management system provider 1Q1, has announced that during April and May 2018 they will conducting a free information evening in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
The information sessions will show body shops how to improve efficiency, productivity and cycle times through effective scheduling and optimisation of staff performance.
Each information session will be focused on a two-pronged approach to strengthen body shop management; effective scheduling and staff performance optimisation. Robin Taylor, Axalta Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand, will focus on how best to improve body shop throughput. 1Q1 will complement this with discussing how to maximise staff performance, looking at the administration component of the repair process to maximise processes that will translate into greater profitability for the body shop.

“Getting cars in and out of the body shop efficiently is so important to the viability of modern body shops,” explained Taylor. “These information sessions will greatly benefit body shops by generating a greater understanding of the importance of optimising and streamlining workplace practices to improve productivity, flow and profitability. Staff are the key to achieving these goals and we will show you how to get your team to perform to their maximum capacity and turn them into super stars.”
