Axalta Coating Systems is offering nationally an I-CAR approved recruiting, hiring and staff training course designed for owners and managers to develop a strategy to attract and sustain high quality candidates to a body shop.
Participants will walk away with an in-depth understanding of how to improve body shop recruitment and hiring practices that will not only help to improve business efficiencies and productivity but will ultimately translate into happier staff and a sustainable business.
One bad hire is enough to destroy a small business, so managers/shop owners need to get it right the first time. Taking time to create a plan to recruit, hire and train the right candidate will lead to greater returns on investment. Axalta’s Training Alliance with I-CAR means that the upon completion of the recruitment course an attendee will be awarded credit hours that can be applied towards the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals, Platinum Individual designations, or be used to meet role‑relevant annual training requirements.
