AMA Group has pushed ahead with its strategy to take ADAS solutions in-house as well as developing its specialised structural repair arm.
Wangara in Western Australia is the latest TrackRight and TechRight site for the AMA group, purpose-built to deliver the services and the fifth TrackRight facility.
The new facility covers 650 square metres and is equipped with seven hoists, state of the art electronic wheel alignment equipment, dedicated TechRight ADAS calibration equipment and a mobile ADAS van – offering insurers, fleets and private customers a faster, more efficient repair process by reducing the need for multiple service providers.
Plans revealed
This follows the AMA Groups expansion in the Gold Coast and new facilities for the Wales Heavy Repair division as it works to develop its growth areas and consolidate its financial position.
The AMA says the Wangara location was selected due to its strong automotive presence and proximity to AMA Group’s established collision repair facilities in Balcatta, Joondalup, Osborne Park and Wangara.
It also aims to strengthens the Group’s end-to-end repair capability across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia.
Confidence at every Turn
AMA Group General Manager – Specialist Businesses Chris Bozic says the growing group of facilities are each designed to deliver on the brand promise: “Confidence at every Turn.”
“As vehicles become more advanced, combining mechanical expertise with ADAS recalibration services is critical to safe, high-quality repairs,” he says.
“TrackRight Wangara is a strategic investment that supports our customers and insurer partners by getting vehicles back on the road faster, with confidence that every system is functioning as it should.”
“With the Australian car parc rapidly evolving and the number of ADAS-equipped vehicles increasing each year, the demand for integrated mechanical and calibration services is accelerating. Collision repairs frequently trigger the need for both mechanical work and precision calibration – a process that can lead to delays and increased costs when handled across separate providers. TrackRight solves this by bringing both services together, backed by national scale and deep technical expertise.”
