ACM Parts and Kangan Institute have announced a new partnership that will focus on preparing automotive apprentices for real jobs in Australia’s automotive industry.
ACM Parts CEO Mike Kirkman says well-educated and highly skilled employees are critical to their continued success.

The partnership will see ACM Parts support the training program by donating high-quality parts and car bodies. They will also sponsor the Institute’s student awards and various industry events.
Kangan Institute Director, Joe Ballato, said both ACM Parts and Kangan Institute are leaders in their fields and that the collaboration will bring numerous benefits to automotive students.
“The Automotive Centre of Excellence at Docklands is the largest and most advanced training facility in the southern hemisphere,” Mr Ballato said.
“We’re constantly searching for new ways to strengthen ties between the automotive industry and the tertiary education sector so that we can give our students the best opportunities possible.
