Dee Why RSL on the Northern Beaches of Sydney was the venue for invited guests to join PPG MVP team members Greg Tunks and Tony Naughton, Business Development Manager Kylie Naylor and Territory Manager, North West Sydney, George Syder for a presentation entitled “Making tomorrow better than today”.
Shop owners from the Northern Beaches attended the evening and after the welcome from George Syder, both Greg Tunks and Tony Naughton presented interesting facts and figures on the industry, supported by MVP information and statistics. Their presentation led to spirited discussions on where the industry is headed.
This type of evening will be repeated during the year with plans to go to Wagga Wagga, Port Macquarie/Coffs Harbour, Tamworth, South West Sydney and to western NSW. There will also be an Effective Body Shop Management seminar held at some stage, which will be similar to that held a couple of years ago.

Editor: I was invited along to the event and it was a good lead in to the Collision Repair Expo. I’m sure many of the topics discussed on the night will be covered in the seminar program in Melbourne. Initiatives such as this are always welcome in the industry.
